LEVEL SWITCHES

The Level Switches Serial W is the top line for boilers automation, it has seven models, depending on maximum operational pressure and assembly charactiristics.
BW - 249: up to 17 atm
BW - 126: up to 12 atm
BW - 251: up to 18 atm
W - 126: up to 12 atm
W - 251: up to 18 atm
W - 291: up to 22 atm
W - 601: up to 42 atm
29 CC: up to 12 atm
31 CC: up to 12 atm

CHARACTERISTICS
The W Serial combines the floating operational principle, with the safety of the magnetic assembly.
Made in welded steel or steel melting(W-291, W-601) with A-53 Gr.B material,welded container with procedure and operartor certified by RFO (ASME IX)
With binded containers for a quick and easy access to floating, it is possible to chack, clean and maintain.
It´s use allows the automation of baoilers and tanks, since they are equipped with up to three ewitch mechanisms (depending on the model).
Adding a dissipating extension it allows to operate with a temperature up to 303°C (depending on the model).
All wet parts of the switch are made with stainless steel AISI 316.

The electrical head it is available for outside use or specified area- (Cert. INTI-CITEI IEC 79-Ex d)
As a standard switch, we provide the client a mercury blister, and it is possible to change it for a mechanical switch (Microswitch, type SNAP sealed).
It is also available a pneumatic head with one signal (On - Off) as in all Pletons products
The process connections provided are coiled 1” BSP (Lat-Lat, Lat-Back: depending on the model). It can be modified if the client wants it in W - 291, W – 601 models
The quality of this level switches requires very little attention and maintenance.
